The accommodation

Incredibly comfortable. Bright and beautiful new penthouse with direct car access in one of the best locations in Cómpeta. It has 2 private terraces, a jacuzzi, an ambient fireplace, spectacular views of the mountains and the sea, with the possibility of in-home massages, and private underground parking.

The bedroom features a 1.50m wide bed, sofa, built-in wardrobes with a large chest of drawers, air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom, a ceiling fan, and direct access to the terrace from both the living room and bedroom. The living room has a chaise lounge double bed, television, work area, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and ambient fireplace. There is a spacious, beautiful open kitchen with a wide bar and two stools, and a window above the sink with incredible views. The bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub, bidet, and a window overlooking the valley.

The outdoor spaces include two terraces, one shaded, which is a blessing (especially in summer), featuring an outdoor table, gas barbecue, and clothesline at the end of it. There is a wrought iron staircase leading to the private rooftop where you will find the jacuzzi, sun loungers, parasol, and unique views with incredible sunsets from the private rooftop.

The bus stop for the bus that takes you to Cómpeta from the coast is just a few meters away, the company's name is Bus Loymerbus.
Notes:
The jacuzzi is closed during some months outside the summer season.
The private parking is underground with elevator access to the accommodation.
It is a newly built building located right behind the tourist office.
According to customer reviews so far, it is a very comfortable, beautiful, and impeccable gem.

Setting

The accommodation is in the village of Cómpeta, the cornice of the Costa del Sol at the foot of the Sierra de Almijara, declared a Natural Park. There are numerous hiking trails in the stunning mountain landscapes and more activities that you can be informed about in the tourist office which is a few tens of meters.
The building is in the urban area but just before the center more center, ideal to reach by car and be close to everything at the same time.
There is only one bus that leads to the coast and the stop is a few meters from the building.
The building has private underground parking and from there the apartment is accessed by elevator.

Activities and attractions

Numerous hiking trails, massages in the accommodation, rental of bicycles, horses, quads, excursion to the beach, being able to choose between the beaches of Torrox, Torre del Mar, Nerja, the cliffs of Maro, the nudist beach of Almayate...
The caves of Nerja, listening to flamenco, drinking the sweet wine of Cómpeta, visiting the art galleries, and talking with its people are some of the things you can enjoy.
