4-room house 120 m2: living/dining room with dining table and satellite-TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Terrace 20 m2 partly covered. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Garage. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
Cala Montjoy: Rustic house, surrounded by trees and fields. 7 km from the centre of Roses, in a secluded position, 50 m from the sea, road to cross. Private: natural garden 600 m2. Garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house (500 m via unmade road). Individual garage. Supermarket 7 km, shopping centre 7 km, railway station "Figueres" 20 km, pebble beach, bathing bay 100 m. Sports harbour 8 km, golf course 20 km. Please note: car essential. House situated in an unmade road, in a natural bay, within the Reserva Natural del Cabo de Creus. Access to the sandy and gravel beach via approx. 15 steps, or via a pathway (50 m). There is entertainment until 2400 hrs inthe campsite nearby.
