5-room house 180 m2 on 2 levels, very nice and modern furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with dining table. Sep. WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/shower/WC. Balcony 8 m2, 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Nice view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 2 year olds. Reserved parking, garage. Attention: October-March bedlinen included.
La Cuana: House, 2 storeys. 1 km from the centre of Roses, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 1 km from the sea. Private: natural garden. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Parking by the house, individual garage. Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course 12 km, tennis 1.5 km. Access to the natural terraced garden and to enclosed ground is via various steps.
