The accommodation

Amaranta Villa has a unique location, 500 m away from Bahía de la Plata Bay. Built in the mountain, in front of the Atlantic Ocean, between Los Cabos de Trafalgar and Gracia. Very close to Parque natural de La Breña and Parque natural del Estrecho. Close to everything, but far from mundane problems, this house is a window to the Strait of Gibraltar and the African coasts. You will feel as if you were in the middle of nature with unforgettable views and sunsets. 1h away from Jerez international airport, from the border, from Gibraltar airport, and 2h away from Malaga airport. 15 min away from the marina of Barbate. 30 min away from Tarifa, historic town famous for kite surfing and windsurfing. 30 min o 1h walking on an unforgettable stroll, you will find the gorgeous Bolonia beach, where the roman town of Baelo Claudia is located, this town dates back from II b.C. 30 min away from the Montenmedio Golf and Country Club where you can practice horse racing and golf.

Villa Amaranta is a 400 m² gorgeous and new house set in a 2000 m² land with a modern and functional design. With many large windows that let you enjoy the great light of the area and a breathtaking panoramic view from everywhere in the house. You will feel as if you were in a boat and in the middle of nature. It has 2 floors and a basement. On the first floor, you will find a 60 m² suite, with a large en suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms with bathroom. Each bedroom has a wonderful terrace with incomparable views. The ground floor has a 200 m² living room, divided in four atmospheres, a cute half bathrooma an modern and large kitchen (fully equipped.It also offers you a nespresso coffee machine with a wide range of varieties of coffees). In the semi basement, you will find a room used as utility room or for a maid. In the garage you can park 3 cars. The outside, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, has a 25x5 m large pool, perfect for those who love swimming.

The villa provides two bikes and the clients can make you of them.

The enclave where the villa is situated is characterized by its wonderful beauty, as well as the peace and the quietness. You will be able to enjoy complete privacy and intimacy surrounded by green areas in the mountain, and in front of the sea. Due to its proximity, you can visit Tangier, and its famous zoo via ferry. It is important to note that Villa Amaranta is located in the most important road of migrant birds from Europe to Africa; therefore, you will be able to see all kinds of birds in the summer.

You can also walk through the natural Parks, facing virgin beaches with stunning views.

We suggest the visitor to make excursions to the "Pueblos Blancos"in Andalucía. It is really nice.

Golf: 30 min: Dehesa Montenmedio Golf and Country Club in Vejer de la Frontera (white village of Cádiz). Equestrian centre famous for international competitions with excellent facilities. Located in a 300 hectares (5930 m²) finca with a large and varied animal reserve, including muflons and stags. Golf course through the meadow, undulating, between centenary trees. The absence of estate offers, make Montenmedio a special course. Services: bar, clubs, golf cart rentals, shops and golf classes. * Nº holes: 18; Par: 72. The greens and the ante greens (Pennlink type) have a smooth shape and are very well kept which makes it one of the fastest and entertaining greens of Andalusia. 1 h: Real Club de Golf of Sotogrande, one of the best. Gorgeous with a lot of vegetation. Not a rough course but with water obstacles that play an important role. Nº holes: 18; Par: 72. Urbanization of Sotogrande: other wonderful golf courses like Almenara Golf Club, Golf Club Valderrama and La Reserva of Sotogrande.
