3-room apartment 70 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, TV, radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, freezer, grill) with bar. Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Balcony 8 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Lovely panoramic view of the sea, the mountains, the swimming pool and the port. Facilities: washing machine. Garage space n 6. Please note: TV only ES, FR.
Modern, nice resort, 3 storeys. Above Roses, in the district of Puigrom, 3 km from the centre, in an elevated position on top of a hill, 2 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool angular (12 x 8 m, 01.06.-30.09.). Paddling pool. Terrace (100 m2). Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Individual garage. Grocers 500 m, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 3 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course 12 km, tennis 4 km. Please note: car essential.
