Charming and quite flat for up to four people people and with a parking place is located very near to the beach of Lavadores, Costa Verde, Vila Nova de Gaia.

The flat is very well connected to both Vila Nova de Gaia and Oporto by several bus lines including a tourism bus just in front of the main entrance. Moreover, the location has all sorts of facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, a spa, a pharmacy, banks).

The apartment is situated on the second floor with two lifts and is particularly sunny and has wonderful views from the seaside.

It consists of a sleeping room with one double bed, a living room with table, chairs and a sofa, and completly equipped kitchen, all connected to a terrace over the sea.

The location is also ideal for walking tours.
