Excellent new country house in Roche Viejo, 8 min. walking from the beach and 3 km. from Conil, in a very quiet residential area.

The house has a fenced private pool, terrace with garden furniture and a barbacue.

Inside there are three bedrooms (two with two single beds each and one with double bed), 1 bathroom, fireplace, firewood heating and an Astra satellite TV. The kitchen is completely equiped with microwave, dishwasher, oven washing machine, etc.

Located in a small, picturesque town in a rural setting with a fishing port and 14 kms of beach and extensive pine forest. Ideal for a leisure break at any time of the year.

The varied coastline comprises a mixture of beaches (Bateles,
Chorrillo, etc.) and coves (Puntalejo Cala de aceite, Roche, etc.), with fine, golden sand and crystal clear water.

The friendliness of the local inhabitants and the calm, family atmosphere is a major feature. The area affords the opportunity to enjoy a number of activities, including a gentle stroll along the beach by moonlight, contemplating the wonderful sunset, horse-riding, visiting the auctions of both fish and farm produce, rambling/hiking, and, if you are a golfer, near the house are a number of courses such as Novo Sancti Petri, La Loma del Novo and San Andrés Golf, etc. In the vicinity there are typical shops and amenities that supply all the essentials, such as groceries and home-made food, newpapers, medicine and toiletries.
