Semidetached cottage, 50 meters to the beach in Mar Menor, excellent views, well equipped, three bedrooms ( six people), two bathrooms, living room, private garden, TV, balcony, swimming-pool and tennis in the housing estate.Supermarket, restaurants and water sports in the area.

Setting

It´s easy to reach, by the motorway to Cartagena, Ap7 exit 794 and also by the road from Los Alcazares to Los Nietos.

Activities and attractions

You can practice many aquatic sports like swimming, windsurfing,tennis,fishing,golf at 5 kilometers,you have at 5 kilometers a disco, many bars and restaurants.In the same resort you have two restaurants.
