House for rent 3 km from the beach

The accommodation

It is a recently built house (2010) with a typical Asturian style, but without neglecting any detail to enjoy the tranquility and comfort so desired on vacation.
The house is made up of a main floor where:
• 1 room with double bed (150 cm - 2 people)
• 2 double beds (135 cm - 4 people)
• 2 bathroom
• 2 sofa beds (105 cm)
• 1 fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, kitchenware for 10 people and all kinds of household items ...)
• 32 TV
• fireplace
• terrace with tables and chairs for 10 people
• 2 outdoor sun loungers
• spacious living room - dining room
The ground floor consists of:
• garage for 2 large cars
• 1 bathroom
• 1 double bed of 135 (2 people)
The entrance is at the height of the main floor and there is no staircase, making it ideal to be with people with reduced mobility or elderly.
The kitchen is fully equipped, connected to the 35 m2 outdoor terrace through a direct door and to the dining table through a bar, making it ideal for cooking with the whole family while chatting or watching the children running around the plot.
It also has a large outdoor barbecue to enjoy with family and friends. (The house is delivered with 2 bags of coal). We can also help you to buy a first-class meat ideal to enjoy a good Asturian veal or good ‘Criollos’ sausages .
There is a fireplace to use during the winter months and it comes with two bundles of firewood and instructions for lighting a good fire. Plus, we have a smoke detector, two fire extinguishers, anti-burn ointment, and a first aid kit because we don't want your vacation to be complicated by a distraction.
The house has a closed garage for 2 cars and on the plot there is room to store another 3 cars.
Supplied with bedding for 10 people, as well as towels, a hair dryer, soap and toilet paper in all bathrooms.
Additionally we have an extra bed (for children) and a cot if necessary (notify when booking)

Setting

Located in the heart of Asturias, just 3 km far from Ribadesella there is a the small village called Sardalla where the tranquility is only 5 minutes far from the tourist center of western Asturias.
The house can be accessed in two ways:
• From Ribadesella, crossing the bridge and turning left in the direction of Tito Bustillo’s caves on the RS2, 11 minutes away is the house.
• From the A8 taking the 326 exit and the AS-341 and RS2 roads at 8 minutes is the house.
The second entry is very useful when it is the weekend due to Ribadesella usually has traffic to cross it.
The house is built on a completely closed 1000 m2 plot and surrounded by grass making it ideal for being with children as they can be playing safely. In addition, the street on which it is built has no exit, so the only traffic is that of the other 3 neighbors who live on it.

The truth is that trying to describe all the wonders we have in Asturias in a few lines is impossible, and even more so living in the internet age with millions of photos, reviews and indications. I describe to you those things that are our favorites and that whenever we have occasion we do:
