The owner´s comments
Casa Rosamar begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting is a 3-storey building in a block of houses. With traditional Spanish style interior, i.e. patio, little corners and backstairs. It was recently renovated according to ecological standards. Some apartments face the street, others the roof garden, every one of them complete with kitchen, shower and WC.
Looking out from the sun roof you have on one side the Teide, the holy mountain of the Guanchos, the original inhabitants of the Canaries (with 3711 metres Spain's highest mountain), and on the other side the sea and the skyline of Puerto de la Cruz.
The Sea is just 30 metres away, the beach to be reached in 2 to 3 minutes by foot. A 20 minutes walk along Playa Jardin beach takes you to the city centre of Puerto de la Cruz, a buzzling town with pubs, discos, shops and supermarkets, beautiful sea-water swimming-pool, concert and dancing halls.

(regarding a stay in January 2012)
We stayed at Apartment No. 3, the biggest of them and had two seperate bedrooms and a living room, kitchen and bathroom. I travelled with two young children and was glad about a cot and a high chair. The owner is very friendly and helpful! There is a nice large sun roof. The sea is only two minutes walk away and if you open the windows you can hear it right there. For us the place was just perfect and we will most certainly come back one day!
