4-room apartment 85 m2 on 6th floor, practical furnishings: living/dining room with TV, video, radio and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed and TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, electric heater. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC, shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace 9 m2. Panoramic view of the sea, the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine. Iron. Ceramic hob in the kitchen. One of the bedrooms does not have a wardrobe.
Apartment block, built in 1971. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Sant Vicenç de Montalt, 400 m from the sea. For shared use: garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (20 x 10 m, depth 60 - 200 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Paddling pool, slide, outside shower. Tennis, floodlit (extra), table tennis. In the house: lift. Stepped path (5 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road.
