(regarding a stay in April 2011)
Accomadition place is really near to city center. Minimum requirements are ok but the apartment smellsb badly and diffucult the get refresh air and alo doesn't get sunshine. if you ignore those, it is still clean and modern accomadition.

Thanks for your comment. Actually, the costumers told me about it when checking out and I immediately call out the repair man. Apparently it was just the draining hose connection to the wall, so we got it all fixed immediately.
