2-room apartment 35 m2 on 1st floor, practical furnishings: living/dining room 18 m2 with 1 sofa bed (80 cm), dining table. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Butane heater. Cot available on request and according to availability. Solar power.
Holiday development, renovated in 2005. 700 m from the centre of Segur de Calafell, 2 km from the centre of Calafell, 2 km from the centre of Cunit, 700 m from the sea. For shared use: grounds 7'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (14 x 6 m, 01.04.-30.10.). Patio. In the house: washing machine (for shared use, extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). 50 m footpath to the house. Individual garage. Supermarket, restaurant 200 m, railway station "Segur de Calafell" 800 m, sandy beach 700 m. Golf course 5 km, tennis 1 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Masia Torrents I is a country house has kept the original features such as the front, windows etc. Agricultural farm where wine is produced. Rural pathways, green areas with pine trees and palm trees. Private parking for one car, for other vehicles and according to availability, 6 euros/day. Sat TV rental (6 Euros day). Check-in: Monday to Friday from 16-1800 hrs, Saturdays from 16-2000 hrs (from 20-2400 hrs, on request, with extra charge of 30 Euros). It is possible to arrive on Sunday from 1030 to 1300 hrs (with 30 Euros charge), advise beforehand. Great area for bicycle riding. Free linen change for bookings of more than 1 week.
