4-room house 60 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room 20 m2 with TV and radio. 1 room with 1 double bed and electric heater. 1 room with 2 beds and electric heater. Kitchen (oven, micro wave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds, electric heater. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (fenced). Access to the upper floor is by the spiral staircase.
House. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Torredembarra. Private: grounds 120 m2, swimming pool (4 x 5 m, depth 90 - 170 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Outside shower. Arbour (12 m2), terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Parking. Grocers, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station 1 km, sandy beach 2 km.
