The house was built in 2009 located in Piedade concelho Lajes do Pico with excelent view to the ocean and watch the sunrise over são jorge island the house is 200m from supermarkets,banks,restaurant,farmacy,fishmarket,meatmarket,multibanks.and 2km to ocean and natural swimmimg pools,fishing, diving,horse back ridding, wealing and dolphins watching,bird wachting,claim to the highiest mountain of Portugal of Pico iland 2351 meters above sea level and 2km from calheta de nesquin museum.
