Apartment Lux Plaza Comendadoras
This comfortable and luxurious vacation rental apartment in Madrid has one separate bedroom and is able to house for up to five people. There is no doubt this is one of the best choices for your stay in the capital of Spain. This apartment has two large balconies with a fantastic view of one of the most charming squares of Madrid: Plaza de Comendadoras, in the heart of Madrid, close to the Conde Duque Cultural Center and the Plaza de España.
As we crossed the threshold of this great apartment of 75 square meters, the first thing you'll notice is the luxurious white leather sofa of the prestigious Italian brand Natuzzi. From this comfortable and large sofa with chaise lounge you can enjoy the view over the square and feel at home thanks to the pay cable television in a magnificent flat screen TV, internet, WIFI, telephone, DVD, air conditioning, a beautiful wood floor and a fantastic light coming through the large balcony. All these details add up to a decoration of excellent taste. The living room has a large dining table and two comfortable sofa beds.
The master bedroom has a large double bed and large wardrobe closet where you can store all your luggage.
You won´t miss anything in the newly renovated bathroom, and the kitchen that has all new appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We stayed in this apartment for three winter months with two persons. The location for Madrid centre's highlights and metro connections is very good. The apartment is located in a nice, liverly neighbourhood. It was a problem to heat up the apartment when it was really cold outside. It is certainly suitable for two persons, but the bathroom and sleeping locations are not suitable for a larger number of people in a longer visit. The price is high to Madrid standards, but the apartment is well furnished and equipped, just as the photos show.

Very clean and nicely furnished apartment in center for Madrid (close to Plz. de Espana). The location was excellent for visiting major sights of interest in the city. The apartment is small if planning a long term visit but was perfect for a short term family stay in the city center!
