I found this appt to be very satisfactory considering the size of it. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Madrid and beside all the bars and restaurants. It is a bit in the small size for 4 adults but def satisfactory. The owner Eva is a wonderful woman and always replies to emails , txt etc straight away. The only item i would add to the kitchen is a kettle for UK and Irish visitors as there is none provided and we love out tea ha ha. Def will visit again.

We went to the appartment of Eva one week ago and we had a great time in Madrid. Eva is a very kind women who arranged everything perfectly. She is always available for questions.
The appartment is exactly as shown on the pictures. We had a great week and would recommend this appartment to everyone who wants to stay close to the city centre.
We stayed in the appartment with 2 couples for one week.

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights
Sept 16-20, it was lovely quiet and just around the corner from the main Sol Square, Eva was a delight to deal with and very easy going with perfect English, I would not hesitate in recommend the aparment, it was our first visit to Madrid and it was made very easy by Eva, we are an Irish couple.
