Apartment Chamartin: short term rental apartment in Madrid with two double bedrooms, swimming pool, located next to Chamartin Railway Station.

This two bedroom apartment is located on the ninth floor of a modern building with three elevators in the exclusive Pio XII Avenue. The living room windows provide great light to this apartment from where you can enjoy magnificent views of the north of Madrid. Its warm wood flooring and decorative details make this apartment a home for your stay in Madrid.

The spacious living room has a large glass table with seating for six guests, a big comfortable sofa and a desk where you can work beautifully. The dining room is fully equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, and internet connection. The sofa is converted into a large comfortable bed for two people.

The master bedroom has a double bed and large closet where you store all your luggage and also has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two single, beds which can be joined into a double, and also has a large closet. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep cool during summer. You won´t miss anything in your second bathroom with shower or the full equipped kitchen with a window through which light enters directly.

You can enjoy the great and magnificent swimming pool that is available to this building in the summer. You also have the option of renting a garage in the same building.

Setting

Very convenient location in the exclusive district of Chamartin, with swimming pool, and only with a 5 minutes walk distance from Chamartin train station ( with trains reaching SOL in 8 minutes). Metro station also nearby.
