Brand new charming 56m2 apartment in a private chalet with swimming pool and large garden, BBQ, private parking. The apartment has 2 pull-out double beds and 2 singles, living room/open plan kitchen, full bathroom and eating area.

The apartment is located on a quiet street lined with orange trees, 5 minutes walk from the Hipercor supermarket, 15 mins by car from the GP circuit, 5 mins walk from the Feria grounds and 10 mins walk from the centre of town.

GP Motos 2011, Feria del Caballo, Ecuestrian Art Centre, Flamenco, tapas bars, Sherry bodegas, 20 minutes from beach by train or car.
