a 180 meters beach.Great for kids.Confortable and again.Terrace with garden two bedrooms (double and three-bed), large lounge, kitchen, shower with jets, . Pool and garage. Quiet. North facing, t.V with dtt. Very carefully. Excellent for children. It has a large shared pool with jacuzzi not. It has parking space where you can access the elevator housing for extra comfort.

Activities and attractions
Valencia is 17 km. I like the whole city. Among the museums in the area I recommend the Almoina center, La Lonja, Torres, the Crypt of San Vicente, the Baños del Almirante, the Cathedral ...., and there is one more distant than is the Museum of History of Valencia (the best), next to Park Header and Bioparc.
For Fallas parking is ideal because you and I tell Valencia to park free of charge. You forget the constant noise of the city.
* The zoo is an innovative Bioparc without visual barriers. The City of Science houses the largest aquarium in the entire European Union (The ),... Oceanografic and south of the city is the natural lake of La Albufera to the village of El Palmar from which trips can be made by boat to see the fauna, eat the best rice and the famous "all i pebre." In the port of Valencia we see the Formula One World Championship and at the nearby beach you can taste the cuisine Malvarrosa valenciana.Te help move to Valencia because I know many restaurants for all budgets.

great place with superowner Dora - we felt like home
It is one of those places where you automaticly feel like you are at home. Thanks to Dora - the owner (so sweet and nice), we felt even better - she has even asked us if we need something for the first day of arrival, because we were traveling with small kids. Although we have said that we are ok, she prepaired for us some fruits, juices, water and basics for the supper and has called us few times during the our 3 week stay if we need anything and how things are going. The apartment has everything - from the appliances, to great terase, where we used to enjoy in the evenings and is very (!!) clean and very close to the motorway. The beach is nice, sandy and clean. We loved the tranquilicy of june. The pool is reasonably big enough for an afternoon refreshing or morning leasure with kids. We are going to repeat our june vacationes this year again.Kids absulutly love it - and we to.
