The accommodation

It is a big, spacious, very sunny house with a view to the mountain and to the village of Sóller. It has 3 rooms of which two are of marriage and one with two individual beds, built-in wardrobes, Also available accessories it drinks.

There is a complete bath, a kitchen with all the domestic appliances and a glazed terrace, which has a few wonderful conference to Sóller's Valley and to Tramuntana's Saw. In addition it has a spacious dining room - lounge with many light, chimney and television.

Garden of some 90m2 to sunbathe, to listen to music, to speak coolly, for romantic nights. We do not have swimming pool, but to 5 minutes afoot there is municipal swimming pool or if he desires more the beach to 5 minutes in car .Parking for 2 cars. Come they cannot lose it.

Setting

This one placed out of the urban area but to five minutes of the people in car and of Sóller's Port. It is a very calm zone and immediately the Sun goes out. It is possible to accede with any type of vehicle.

Activities and attractions

In this zone there is a municipal swimming pool, also it possesses a few tracks of padel and tennis. More above we can find a wonderful so called viewing-point: It is a viewing-point of ses barques where it is possible to observe Sóller's Port and the sea. There are ways of hiking towards Sóller's Port and towards Tuent (Escorca). It is a half hour to go to Palm and approximately 45 minutes to come to the airport.
