5-room house 130 m2 on 2 levels, spacious, cosy furnishings: living room 30 m2 with open fireplace, satellite-TV and flat screen TV. Dining room. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, micro wave, freezer) with bar. Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: (outdoor steps) large living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and shower/WC. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Deck chairs. Nice view of the sea and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (2 cars).
Montemar: Single-family house "Klara", 2 storeys. In a quiet position, 3 km from the sea. Private: grounds 670 m2, garden on different levels, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Outside shower. Terrace (150 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning on request (extra). Supermarket 2.2 km, restaurant 2.2 km, sandy beach 5.8 km, bathing bay 3 km, nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm).
