Accommodation is on the ground floor of a 2 storey house (the owners reserve the 2nd storey for their own occasional use). Living room includes sofa and armchairs. Kitchen / dinning with oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dining table with seating for 6. Bathroom and WC. TV with satellite

Setting

The villa is a renovated former school in a peaceful country setting on the Barrio of San Roque, approximately 1 Km (0.62 miles) from the village of Oreña. The Barrio and village of Oreña contains local shops and restaurants while the nearby town of Santillana del Mar provides a further selection of restaurants an amenities.

The villa is surrounded on all sides by rolling green fields and the sea is only a 1 km (0.62 miles) walk beyond the nearby historic roman Church. The town of Comillas usually holds a Saturday market where you can enjoy a relaxing stroll through the various stalls. The nearby city of Torrelavega also boasts a wide selection of restaurants and bars and holds a market every Thursday.
