(regarding a stay in August 2012)
We loved this place! It looks quite small from the outside but in fact is spacious and tastefully done out. We were very comfortable there. The back garden has heated floor tiles- naturally heated! And we lay out looking at the stars most nights. the house is also very well situated for visiting all that Furnas has to offer. The botanical gardens and thermal pool are amazing, there are loads of good restaurants ,an abundance of fresh produce for sale and the people are friendly everywhere. Many thanks to Pedro for meeting us at the airport and helping us out with our car hire problem. the hamper of local delicacies also much appreciated. Highly recommended.
