The accommodation

It is a pleasant and quiet apartment, delightful location, beside to the City of the Arts and Sciences. The furniture is brand new, very bright with southeast exposure. Perfect for a few days in Valencia enjoying the sunshine, wonderful beaches and outdoor activities.
Safe area with many services. Bike lane on the door, bus stop and walked in 50 mts you can enjoy a stroll through the gardens of the Turia and the City of Sciences.
The sofa bed is Italian open, very comfortable, with memory foam mattresses.

Setting

The flat is very well connected, beside to the Sciences City, this is the largest cultural-leisure complex in Europe and its different buildings blend science and education with other types of entertainment for all, which is surrounded by gardens and sports areas. It is very pleasant walk. Also close to the Palau de la Musica and the Palau de les Arts, which you can see from the balcony.

- Close to the New Hospital "LA FE "and opposite the College of Physicians.

Activities and attractions

Valencia is famous for its nightlife. There are many lively areas and places to go for all tastes and styles. In the summer, the tables come out onto the pavements and there are hundreds of open-air bars.

It's near the park located in the old river bed of the Turia, this park recreates the river's original scenery, with a leisure park is aimed mainly at children and is located right al the centre of the dry riverbed of the Turia. Also it's near (5 km) the Albufera Natural Park embodies the traditional essence of the county of La Huerta de Valencia. A rich market garden area, the hamlet of El Palmar is renowned for that most traditional dish from Valencian gastronomy - the paella- as it is surrounded by rice paddies, and it is also the home of the barracas (the old labourer's homes).

There is also a jetty on the Albufera where the fishermen of El Palmar moor their boats and, more recently, visitors can take excursions on the lagoon and see his wonderful sunset.

In March, discover our most spectacular festival: The Fallas ( march 15th to 19th.)

Opened until midnight, from July 15 to August 31, visitors can get to know the Oceanogràfic at a different time than usual and enjoy a show night at the Dolphinarium with synchronized swimming, percussion music and lights.
