A stately home with two rooms, a spacious living room, an open kitchen with dinning room, two bathrooms, a 600 square meters garden, swimming pool with its own kitchen, a terrace over the pool, solarium and a luminous studio/library.

Setting

Ciutat Street, where the house is located, has a charming and cosy atmosphere where you will find a fine quality shopping places and a wide variety of restaurants where locals socialize with foreigners, people who are just visiting or some others who have fall in love with Artà and had got its own house in town or in the countryside. Otherwise, the house we are offering you is absolutely a quite, intimae and relaxing place in the heart of town.

As you may know the countryside and beaches of Artà, as far as 7km from town, are considering some of the best well preserved areas in the Island, besides the beauty of the place is well known between the expert travellers.
