The accommodation

The apartment is at 500meters of the beach, outward-facing, with 120 square meters, has 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It has a sophisticated design using first quality materials.

It includes:

Living room, It has a dining table, a sofa, two armchairs, TV-DVD-Films, Portable Radio-CD.

Kitchen, with washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, fridge-freezer, and a kitchen-table for around 4-6 people. Other appliances include, coffee maker , toaster, etc. Plates, pots, pans and cutlery is all provided and ready for use upon your arrival.

Main bedroom, with an Electric Adjustable Double Bed, fitted wardrobe, with private bathroom.

Second bedroom, with a Single Bed, a Bunk, fitted wardrobe and a balcony.

Third bedroom, with a Double Bed, fitted wardrobe and a desk.

Bathroom 1: fully equipped.

Setting

The apartment, is located in the elegant and safe neighbourhood of Ondarreta, at five minutes walking distance to the Ondarreta beach, as well as Supermarkets, Police Department, Hospital, bars and restaurants.
It's ten minutes walk to the famous sculpture “Peine del Viento-Wind Comb”, and twenty minutes walk to the city center, after crossing the spectacular “La Concha Bay”.

Transport: Local Bus stops at the exit of the house, also the local train "Euskotren" bound to Hendaye (France) it’s a 5-10 minutes walk. About the mains bus station and train station, there are about 2km, 25-30 minutes walk.
