The accommodation

The barn (self-catering)
We have restored the barn and converted it into a rustic cottage.
It sleeps two with the option of an extra bed.

The barn is completely open plan and on three levels.
The bathroom and small sitting area are on the bottom floor (TV, DVD player, dvd library and books).
The well equipped kitchen and dining area are on the middle floor and the bedroom is on the top floor (mezzanine floor).

The barn has underfloor heating and a wood burning log fire.

It also has a private sheltered garden with garden furniture and a grill.

Setting

Our rural retreat offers you a unique location in a peaceful setting!

We are located in a idyllic setting on top of a hill overlooking the tidal estuary of Ortigueira and the ocean beyond.

It takes only 10 minutes by car to get to the town and to the beach (blue flag beach).

The finca

Our finca is part of a small hamlet and consists of a main house,a barn and a 10.000 square meter smallholding (small veggie patch, horse paddocks, chicken pen etc.)
