The accommodation:
this is a semi-detached house, consisting of two floors: ground floor and first floor with a total of 89 m2 and 78 m2 of a beautiful private furnitured fenced garden with an automatic irrigation system.
Outdoor: barbeque, 78 m2 of individual garden furniture, shared swimming pool angular (10 x 7 m, 1.70 cms. Deep max) and outdoor shower, children's playground, mountain views, alarm system, car park garaje, 85 m2 of surrounding garden

* downstairs: a modern fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, hob four, electric grill, coffee, washing machine), it has a kitchen/dining/living room, very lovely and spacious, in the same space, with several windows with harbour and swimming pool views with access to the private garden, 1 bathrooms. A lounge with a seater leather sofa, flat screen tv. Theres a dining area with seating for five people. One wc. Also iron, hairdryer, radio, hot water, freezer.

* upperstairs:two large bedrooms, one double for children with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm) (bunk bed + single bed) and desk, and a second double (double bed 150 * 190 cm); there are distant sea views from 1st floor and extensive views of surrounding pool and countryside - all with big fitted built in robes. is in a fantastic location-800 m to the miami beach by walking, 1 km to the city center, 23 km to the airport (reus), 1 km to supermarkets, 2 km to the train station, 20 km to the hospital and 1 hour south of barcelona airport.
People that live in this neighborhood are very nice to tourists in our “urbanización solemio”. A car is recommended to fully enjoy all the sites.
