The house is 130 sqm with 450 sqm garden. The house has two floors: on the first floor is the living room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Upstairs is a bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, one single bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. The villa is just 1/3 of a mile from the beach. In the garden there is also an elegant gazebo and a hot tube Jacuzzi for 6 people. The house is located inside and not on the road, so it is very quiet. There is also a parking space for one car.
