The house is 130 sqm with 450 sqm garden. The house has two floors: on the first floor is the living room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and kitchen. Upstairs is a bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, one single bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. The villa is just 600 meters from the sea. In the garden there is also an elegant gazebo. The house is located inside and not on the road, so it is very quiet. There is also a parking space for one car.
