New beautifuly refurbished very sunny 2nd floor flat, 100meters from Alcudia beach.Acces is via elevator and can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby. The apartament is totally refurbished to a high standard and comprises of 3 doble bedrooms and a cot (portable), 2 full bathrooms (1 en suite),fully equiped kitchen (ceramic hobb, electric oven,fridge/freezer, microwaves, toaster and 2 coffee machines).Laundry room (washer, dryer,steam iron, ironing board & hair dryer).2 Terraces 1 facing north(chill out style) and the other facing south (dinner table for 6).Airy living/dinningroom aea with LeD TV,satelite and wifi.Air conditioning hot&cold living area and bedrooms.

The apartament is located in the apartament complex ¨Los Tamarindos¨ and also there are comunity areas and childrens park. Also you are within walking distance from Alcudia beach where there you will find some great sea side restaurants.
