Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, grill) with dining table fan. Shower/bidet/WC, sep. WC, bath/shower/bidet/WC, double hand-basin. Porch 40 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (5). View of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron. Outside: enclosed barbecue area with fixed barbecue, kitchen with 4 hot plates, fridge and terrace furniture.

Large, nice villa "Las Flores". Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Santiago del Teide, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 2 km from the sea. Private: grounds 9'000 m2 (fenced), large garden with lawn, orchard, swimming pool angular (12 x 4 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Outside shower. Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. Parking (for 4 cars) in the grounds. Shop 2 km, grocers 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 2 km. Golf course 5 km, tennis 2 km. Please note: main road closeby. Car hire possible. The swimming pool is heated by solar power (free). For extra heating (gasoil) there is a charge of 150 Euros per week.
