The accommodation
Charming cottage with a small garden and 2 large covered loggia , equipped with tables and chairs for outside eating . The house is equipped with every comfort , air conditioning , microwave, washing machine .
The living room is equipped with TV and sofa (convertible into a double bed if necessary ) the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need including electric kettle , toaster etc.
The two bedrooms on the ground floor are equipped with TV .
It 'provides a cot, high chair, children's games, beach umbrellas , beach chairs and 2 bicycles for adults .

The house is from the center of Villasimius 1 km and a half on foot in 20/30 minutes , is located in a beautiful complex in the countryside. The " Is Traias " beach is reachable on foot in 5 minutes, while the " Simius " beach is about 700 meters . The other beaches are within 1 km .

About 1 km away is the golf course and riding school where you can book excursions on horseback.
At the marina you can book boat trips to visit the area , renting rafts etc.
