This privately built and managed resort provides luxury for this beach-fronted house - the ultimate in quality holiday accommodation. Located and designed to provide all year round holidays for winter escapes, relaxing couples or enjoying summer with the family. This beautiful property enjoys sea views, air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchens and a heated shared swimming pool.

This 2 floor townhouse is beautifully decorated & tastefully furnished throughout. It comprises of a spacious living/dining room with a downstairs shower room & toilet. Fully fitted kitchen. Upstairs living area with the most amazing views of the beach & Castle The ground floor are two en suite bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds. Both have fitted wardrobes. All windows are double glazed. There is Wi-Fi available. The terraces overlooking the sea.

Setting

The nearest beach is only a short stroll away & with spectacular ocean views beyond the old castle. The grounds are a safe haven for the enjoyment and relaxation of the pleasant Algarvian Climate.

Located overlooking the beach and Castle at Ferragudo. A short stroll to the village centre and its magnificent square where people gather during the day to have coffee and cakes, kids play and in the summer evenings enjoy the live music entertainment and the dancing. Local traditional saint day is August the 15th, in honour of the Saints day of the fisherman 'Nossa Senhora da Conceicao' a wonderful end of the day walking and singing and the boats decorations a must if you are in the area. Ferragudo is situated between Carvoeiro and Portimao just 45 minutes from Faro International airport and also we have a transfer service if you wish to have indicate on your booking unless you hiring a car from the airport to drive to us. A Car isn't necessary at VILA Castelo or Ferragudo has the Village has all the facilities from shops, supermarkets, excellent restaurants with National and International cuisine, water sports, banks, post office and a water taxi that can take you across the water.

Activities and attractions

Vila Castelo is situated on the beach front but still part of the village. A short 5 min stroll through winding cobbled streets lead to the main square and waterfront. Here you will find all you need for your needs for a great holiday.

Restaurants, cafés, shops, bank and post office are all in this area. The beach is directly in front of Vila Castelo, it leads on to a second much larger beach that has a number of beach bar/restaurants and water sports club. There is a reception service 6 days a week and a pool/snack bar facility. friendly staff, housekeeper and maintenance service available on site. Surroundings superbly clean and quiet. All facilities within walking distance. All with the modern comforts of your home. Transfer to/from the airport available as well as any small tours around or to take you shopping.

Within a short 10 minute drive you will find a number of other secluded beaches and other facilities. These include two major golf courses and a tennis centre.
