Nice and calm house only 4km from the centre of Granada. With an ideal emplacement, you can go skiing in Sierra Nevada as it is only 25 km or enjoy the beaches of Granada at 65 kms and around 45 minutes by car. If you prefer sightseeing, you can visit the Alhambra, walk around the narrow streets in the Albayzín or visit the Alpujarra ( a series of incredible small villages and gorgeous landscapes which has conquered artists and writers for centuries). The house consists of 4 floors. It has the ideal size to spend a few days in a city that offers a varied cultural and tourist agenda. The basement is a garage and has also the washing machine. The first floor has a kitchen, a bathroom and lounge to the swimming pool. In the top floor you can find the bedrooms and the main bedroom that leads to a terrace is on the top floor. The best characteristic of the house is its quietness. It is placed in a very calm zone, where after a busy day in Granada, visiting the Alhambra or the Albayzín, we will be able to relax.
