Owned by a Portuguese and Italian couple used to travel around the world who is very keen in welcoming travellers. The flat is in a historic renovated building with character and charm. Total area 55 sqm. Sitting room with 25sqm. Cosy bedroom. Modern functional bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with traditional decoration. We are happy to advise you in nice things to do in Lisbon/surroundings. Just let us know about your interest.

Situated in one of the most glamorous neighbourhoods of Lisbon, in a road full of things to see and enjoy. You can walk to most of the city attractions including downtown: Chiado (10 minutes), Avenida da Liberdade (10 minutes), Bairro Alto (3 minutes). Close to Rato Metro Station (5 minutes), Rossio train station (15 minutes) and Cais-do-Sodré train station (20 minutes).

In the heart of bohemian Lisbon life. You can step down the stairs and experience a road with plenty of fashion/design stores, esplanades, bars, antique stores, garden. Close enough (less than 5 minutes walking) to Lisbon's night life Bairro Alto where you can have dinner and go out afterwards to experience Lisbon's "movida" and far enough to enjoy peacefully the pleasures of Príncipe Real neighbourhood.

We stayed in this wonderful flat for one month in november 2012. Everything was perfect and we Can only recommend this place! Luis is such a nice and helpful guy. The location is great aswell: close to everything from parks, cafe's, nice shops and nightlife. We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon, and now that we are back home we miss the apartment and the lovely neighbourhood. Thank you Luis for a great experience and we will for sure return some day!

This apartment is based in Principe Real located close to all the main areas of Lisbon and is surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. It is a well equipped apartment, fully furnished, and would be suitable for short term or long term rental. Wi fi can be bought in daily or hourly passes very reasonably.The balcony is an excellent addition for sitting out in the sun. Luis ( the owner) is also extremely helpful with recommendations for the city.
