The owner´s comments
The flat is in perfect conditions, practically brand new, its construction finished in the year 2000. It is on a second floor, without elevator, in a two floors building. The private urbanization, Albatros Golf, also has a swimming pool and a garden area.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two independent beds; bathroom, kitchen, laundry-room, living-room, terrace and a parking spot. The occupied floorspace has 70 squared meters, and the terrace, covered by an unfurlable sunshade, has other 20 squared meters.
