(regarding a stay in July 2010)
This is a nice apartment with a view of the beach and a nice shared swimming pool (no inflatables allowed though!). The airconditioning was greatly appreciated and the apartment contained everything we needed. There is a good size balcony and 2 bathrooms. The only down side was there was a problem with the boiler meaning we only had hot water for one day of our holiday. The gentleman living in the apartment block tried to help us out but it was still broken at the end of the week.
The walk into the town centre was about 20 minutes which was fine for us. The beach is lovely and well life guarded.
In all this is a quite basic but clean apartment in a large block with perfectly good facilities (water excepted!) and a friendly man to help out (would recommend a knowledge of Spanish, ours was very limited and there is not much English spoken in the area). We all had a great time.
