Constructed 2006, very clean and prope, one room with dobled bed and a doble room, two bathrooms, well equiped kitchen, terrace and garage.
The estate is quiet and has swiming pool, 100 mts from the beach Las Marinas, 30 mts from bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop, 3 kms from the city center (Denia) and golf clubs La Sella y La Oliva.
