The accommodation
GREAT DUPLEX APARTMENT (2 FLOORS) ON THE BEACHFRONT WITH TWO TERRACES OVERLOOKING THE SEA AND TWO BATHROOMS. MAXIMUM CAPACITY 7 PEOPLE.
Distribution: 3 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with bed of 90), 2 bathrooms (one of them on the ground floor with shower and the other on the top floor with bathtub) open terrace of 12 m2 with awning, additional open terrace of 6 m2, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. Living room with sofa bed and TV. Intercom and porter service.
Air conditioning in the living room and also in the double bedroom.
You can rent parking space. OPTION TO HIRE WIFI (FOR A FEE)
The published price is Winter price. For rentals in this period are included in the price 50kw of electricity per week. (For the rest of the year electricity and water are included in the price)

The Reception Office is located in PASEO DE VELILLA Nº15. Our schedule is from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. On weekends from 10:00 to 13:00.
Setting
Our reception office is in the same building. In a distance of no more than 200 m you can find all kinds of services (pharmacy, hairdresser, shops, small supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beach bars...)
Activities and attractions
Almuñecar is a seaside tourist town with a very nice old town that you can visit. The beaches of Almuñecar have more than 19 km of coastline, where you can practise differents aquatic sports. The Aquatic Park of Almuñécar are at 800 m. In addition you can visit several archaeological remains of our Phoenician-Roman past.
Less than 40 'by car we find the cities of Granada (Alhambra) and Málaga (Museo Picasso).
Also very close is the popular region of the Alpujarra Granadina(75km), and nice villages as Nerja (20km).

Muy bien
Mi familia y yo pasamos una semana alojados en este dúplex y la verdad que todo genial. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. La ubicación en primera línea de playa y las vistas son inmejorables. Lo mejor del apartamento para nosotros fue la terraza, desayunamos y cenamos allí cada día. En las inmediaciones hay de todo, restaurantes, tiendas, farmacia... El personal fue muy atento y simpático. Algo a resaltar es que la ciudad de Almuñecar es preciosa (adjunto fotos). Se lo hemos recomendado a familiares y amigos y sin duda repetiríamos.
