Beautiful house with a private swimming pool at "Punta de la Mona", beside La Herradura, a beautiful residential area very near from Almuñecar.The weather is excellent all year long (about 18º in winter and 25º in summer)
The house is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden with a 50 m2 swimming pool, porch with BBQ, ping-pong table, solarium, deck chairs...
It is very close to the beach, the golf courses and a luxury marina called Marina del Este. It is also perfect to visit all the area: Granada, Málaga, Marbella...

We (5 adults and 3 teenagers) stayed there Jun 2008 and liked the place very much. The location of the villa is excellent - high on the hill with views to the open sea and the La Herradura village is very nice. On scale 1 - 5 we'd give this a 3 or 4!
