The owner´s comments
It is a new urbanization, where the 80% of the residents are english spoken language. Everything is brand new. It´s located in the golf course of the urbanitation.
It is located very near from 4 Spanih golf courses: Isla Canela (6 km), La Antilla (30 km), El Rompido (38 km), Golf nuevo Portil. And 4 Portugueses golf courses: Castro Marim (9 km), Quinta Da Ria (Vilanova de Cacela, 20 km), Quinta da Cima y Benamor Golf (Tavira, 35 km), from Huelva there is 50 km, it is right in the same bordier with Portugal and by the river Guadiana.
Located very near of beaches Punta Umbria, Isla Canela, Isla Antilla, Monte Gordo in Portugal
