Great flat, we were 2 people but would fit 4 easily. Very close to the ski lifts, clean, cheap and well equipped. Couldn't ask for more.
El Tarter is much quieter than the other towns in Andorra - it is really only a collection of apartments. Great if you want to avoid the noisiness of the more lively towns, not so good if you want to hit the apres-ski - there's really only one relatively quiet bar, and public transport is non-existant at night!
Loved the flat, would go again!
