Here is a superb 2 bedrooms apartment at 200 meters from the sand beaches of San Juan and El Campello. With a stunning sea view from its 7th floor, you will discover a very well equipped property: TV, DVD, Micro-waves, washing machine, etc… The main bedroom is on suite and offers a private terrace, the other twin bedroom has a separate full bathroom. The kitchen is separated from the main lounge and connects to a utility room. Garage place underground with direct access.
The complex delivers great features as a swimming pool and tennis court. The amenities are at foot distance although you may prefer your car. Complex with lift.

very good location, just short walk to the beach;
excellent view from the balcony towards the sea!
spaceous apartement, generally in good shape, also facilities like pool;
grocery shopping in walking distance;
just four stars instead of five because:
no aircondition, and no fan in the bedroom, which makes sleeping particularly difficult during hot days (nights);
no wireless connection (though available in internet cafe about 10min walking distance);
both, air-con / fan in bedromm plus wireless, should be included in a facility in this price range;
