Wonderful villa placed in one of the chic’s neighbourhood of El Campello (Alicante), offering you 1 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms (one with hydro-massage shower, and the other one with bath). It has a big living room leading to the kitchen and to the dinning room, that is placed as a veranda. From the covered terrace, measuring more than 50sqm, you can enjoy the superb views all over the sea. Moreover, there is an exterior corner with pergola, that allows you having lunch outside with those fantastic and comfortable views as background. House equipped also with air conditioning (cool/warm). There is also a very nice garden with a large variety of plants, and a wonderful private swimming pool (heated in winter) when coming out from the terrace. At only 5min by car from the village centre of El Campello and from its superb sand beaches.
