Magnificent duplex chalet situated overlooking the beach with direct access to the sea. Private garden and swimming pool.
The chalet comprises four double bedrooms all with en suite facilities, separate toilet, lounge-dining room, kitchen, three terraces (two with magnificent views of the sea) and garage.
The chalet is completely furnished and equipped with tv, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a safe.
The property is situated some 3 kms from ciutadella and a short walk away from Cala'n Blanes beach.
