The owner´s comments
In a beautiful environment and only 600 m from the beach, beautiful semidetached villa on the ground floor and two double rooms. It has a dining room with fireplace, with a kitchenette integrated into the same space.
Large pool and garden community for a small residence of seven neighbours. Close to shops and recreational areas to which you can access with a pleasant walk. There is also a private parking area.
