Beautiful and high quality ground floor apartment with direct acces to garden and swimming-pool; fully refurbished in may 2006 to make a comfortable and wide room inside and a magnificient porch and terrace outside with impressive views over the sea and "Faro de Artrutx". Ideal to relax and enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Located in a privileged site in Menorca, 7 km from Ciudadela, facing the coasts of Mallorca, in a unique place to enjoy the most beautiful sunset of the island, and 300 m far from a Marina with all facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, boat and car rental...) and from the "calas" (small beaches) of Son Xoriguer and Cala´n Bosch.
