Downstairs: two quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds, a slate tiled bathroom and a utility room. There is easy access with the car up to the front door and there are plenty of parking spaces outside. No traffic noise. The property is conveniently situated 10 minutes walk from the local beach and only meters from a local shop.
