Designed to combine modern comfort with local andalusian character.
* Set amongst Spanish neighbours. 1st floor: open plan kitchen with dining area, a large white floor living room with a built-in sofa, a stone wall with dimmer switch, and a small terrace perfect for alfresco dining. Library, WiFi, TV and ipod deck.
Downstairs: two quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds, a slate tiled bathroom and a utility room. There is easy access with the car up to the front door and there are plenty of parking spaces outside. No traffic noise. The property is conveniently situated 10 minutes walk from the local beach and only meters from a local shop.
