Luxury Apartment brand new with solarium of 80 sqm, near to different golf course and at 100m from a quite beach, climatisation, design furnitures, gardens and swiming pool. Beautiful Costa del Sol and Gibraltar view.

La casa è stupenda, molto più bella di come appare nelle fotografie. E' dotata di qualsiasi comfort, la posizione in cui sorge è ottima sia per visitare la parte ovest (Tarifa, Gibilterra, Costa de la Luz) sia la parte est (Marbella, Estepona, Malaga). La terrazza è un vero paradiso, fresca e ventilata. Anche la casa è molto fresca,pulita, luminosa e silenziosa. La piscina poi....calda e disponibile a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. Infine i proprietari sono davvero gentili e molto molto disponibili. Consigliamo a chiunque fosse in dubbio di affittare immediatamente questa casa, ne vale davvero la pena! Grazie!
